CMOC Posts Strong Cobalt Sales in 2025 Despite DRC Export Ban

The DRC introduces a strict cobalt quota system beginning October 16, with lifetime bans for exporters who break the rules, a move set to reshape Africa’s cobalt trade and influence global prices.
