CMOC Posts Strong Cobalt Sales in 2025 Despite DRC Export Ban
If successful, the project will represent Zambia’s largest rail investment since the 1970s, when China helped build the TAZARA railway connecting the Copperbelt to Tanzania’s Indian Ocean port.
The ban targets key mining areas, including rutile deposits in Kasiya and rare earth sites in Kangankunde.
